Report Lost or Stolen Card
The fastest way to report and disable a lost or stolen debit or credit card is by logging into your account through our Online Banking or Mobile App. Taking this action immediately ensures your account’s security and helps prevent unauthorized use.
How to report your card:
- Log in to Online Banking or Mobile App.
- Online Banking: Click Service Hub and select Debit Card or Credit Card from the options.
- Mobile App: Tap More in the bottom menu. Select Service Hub and tap Debit Card or Credit Card from the options.
- Navigate to Lost or Stolen and complete the prompts.
Dispute a Debit Card Transaction
We’re thrilled to introduce an exciting new service that allows you to dispute debit card transactions effortlessly through Online Banking and our Mobile App! Take control of your finances with the ability to initiate disputes, upload essential documents, and track your submission in real-time—all from the convenience of your device.
How to dispute a debit card charge:
- Log in to Online Banking or Mobile App.
- Online Banking: Navigate to the Service Hub tab and select Debit Card Dispute.
- Mobile App: From the bottom menu, tap More → Service Hub → select Debit Card Dispute.
- Fill out the form to start your dispute.
- Click or tap Select Transactions and then click or tap the plus (+) icon to add the transaction you wish to dispute.
- Select Next and confirm your electronic signature consent.
- Complete the form and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Select Next and upload any supporting documents, if available.
- Click or tap Done to submit your dispute.
