Winter Storm Advisory

Delayed Branch Opening: Please be advised that all branch openings (lobby and drive-thru) will be delayed, Friday, February 4, as follows:

  • Alvin, Bay Colony, Clear Lake, Friendswood, Galveston, Santa Fe, Texas City, and Tuscan Lakes: opening at 10:00 a.m.
  • Galveston: opening at noon
  • Nassau Bay and Marathon GBR-HESS: closed

Our Call Center and eServices will be available from 8:00 am – 6:00. Electronic services (ATMs, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, C.U.A.R.T., etc.) will continue to operate as long as inclement weather does not cause interruptions to these services. Please expect longer than usual wait times on phones and with eServices.
