AMOCO Federal Credit Union Remembers Former President & CEO Pat McDonald

Pat began her journey with AMOCO Federal Credit Union in September 1976 as a loan officer. Through hard work, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to serving members and employees alike, she rose through the organization and became the credit union’s second President & CEO in 1998.

During her tenure as President & CEO, Pat guided AMOCO through a period of significant growth and success, helping the credit union surpass $86 million in assets. Her vision and steady leadership strengthened the organization and positioned it for continued success well beyond her years at the helm.

After 28 years of dedicated service, Pat retired in June 2004, leaving behind a strong foundation and a lasting legacy. Her influence extended beyond financial performance. She cultivated a culture of caring, integrity, and service that continues to define AMOCO today.

More than her professional accomplishments, Pat was a pillar of the AMOCO community and a cherished member of the AMOCO employee family. She built lasting relationships, offered encouragement to those around her, and consistently demonstrated genuine care for others. Her kindness and generosity left an impression on countless employees, members, and friends.

As we remember Pat McDonald, we celebrate a life dedicated to service, leadership, and community.
