How to get started with an Enhanced ATM Access:

The ATM assistance allows for several enhanced ATM transactions, including the ability to: withdraw cash in denominations of $1, make deposits without an envelope or deposit slip, and get check images printed on your receipts.

To get started, simply insert your debit card.

 

How to get started with a Live Teller Assistance:

During business hours, connect with a live AMOCO Teller for assistance with transactions you’d typically make within our lobbies. Our live tellers are local and operate at our traditional branches.

To get assistance from a video teller, simply tap the Request Teller Assistance button. and you’ll be connected.

Video Teller: “Welcome to AMOCO. My name is Christina. How can I help you today?”

Member: “Hi, I’m trying to make an AMOCO auto loan payment with a check, and I also want to cash a check. Am I able to do that through the ITM?”

Video Teller: “Yes. I can assist you with both of those items today. If you could please enter in your membership number into the keypad or you can insert your debit card and enter in your PIN number, whichever is most convenient for you.”

[Member inserts debit card]

Video Teller: “Thank you. One moment please while I start your first transaction. You can now insert the check for your loan payment.”

[Member inserts check]

Video Teller: “And did you have a preference for your denominations for the cash back?”

Member: “Yes. I’d like to have all $20 bills, please.”

Video Teller: “Perfect. Is there anything else I can help you with today?”

Member: “That would be it. Thank you for your help.”

Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) is an innovative banking technology offering members high tech with a personal touch. ITMs look like ATMs but include video screens so members can see and speak one-to-one with a live AMOCO Teller for help with their accounts or make secure transactions.

We have two self-serving ITMs that can be found at our Clear Lake City Branch and Tuscan Lakes Branch drive-ups.

If you are using the ITM as an ATM, then yes, you will need your Debit Card and will need to know your PIN.

If you are using the ITM with a Live Teller, then no Debit Card or PIN is necessary.

Almost everything a traditional Teller can do can be done at the ITM. This includes cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, balance inquiries, check deposits, and other account-related services.

Unlike your typical ATM, Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) are enhanced to virtually perform most transactions that you can do inside a branch with the option to speak with a personal AMOCO Representative using live video.

Our live AMOCO Tellers are local and operate at our traditional local branches.

Yes! Our ITM makes drive-thru services an even greater experience! Now you can speak with an AMOCO Teller virtually in the comfort of your car. Cashing a check, making a loan payment, or depositing funds has never been more convenient.

ITMs cannot be used to deposit or dispense coins.
