Cash App Dispute FAQs

The answers you need to dispute cash app transactions.

Please send a contact request through the Cash App or cash.app/help to dispute a fraudulent charge.

If you notice a transaction you didn’t authorize on your PayPal, please contact PayPal’s Resolution Center, click Report a Problem, the transaction you want to dispute, and select, I want to report unauthorized activity.

If you are made aware of a transaction on your Venmo account that you did not authorize, please send a message to their contact form, email support@venmo.com, or use Venmo’s mobile app.

If you think a purchase was made or money was sent or received fraudulently, you can dispute the transaction on your Google Pay account by visiting their Dispute page.

To file a dispute, select Manage Account on your Samsung Pay and then select File Disputes. You may also file a dispute by calling 1.800.270.4169 or emailing disputedocuments@samsungpaycash.com.

If there is an unauthorized Facebook Pay transaction on your account, please contact their customer support via email 24 hours a day, or live chat between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (CT).

If you want a refund, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Payments.
2. Click on the payment in question to make sure it’s been processed.
3. Open the receipt.
4. Click Dispute and fill in the information.
