Update on Thursday, July 22

As you are aware, AMOCO has undergone a credit card migration from July 9 through July 12. This migration included replacing our previous credit card management platform, GoToMyCard.com, with eZCard, and replacing our previous rewards program, Dreampoints, with Scorecard.

eZCard Access:

To begin managing your account on the new site, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into AMOCO Online Banking or Mobile App
  2. Under the Accounts page, click on your credit card account
  3. Click on View Transactions
  4. Click Enroll Now to complete registration. Once registration is complete, you will then be able to manage your credit card account

Scorecard Access:

  1. Visit Scorecard
  2. Click Create Account
OR
  1. Access Scorecard through eZCard by logging in and clicking ‘View Rewards’

The registration/sign-in issues with Scorecard has been resolved.

AMOCO knows that any transaction activity between July 8-11 has not yet been posted to your credit card account, but we expect it to post this week (July 19 – July 23).

Monday, July 12, 2021

  • Our new credit card management platform, eZCard, will be available.
  • Our new credit card rewards program, Scorecard, will be your new rewards website and will be updated with your established reward points within 30 days.

This means on July 9, our current credit card management platform, GoToMyCard.com, will no longer be available. On July 12, our new credit card platform, eZcard, will be available, and you will need to register to manage your card account. AMOCO recommends accessing your card information through our Online and Mobile Banking for easy access to the new platform.

Our current rewards program, Dreampoints, it will be replaced with Scorecard and will also be accessible on Monday, July 12. Please note that your established points will be transferred to the new rewards program within 30 days.

You can use your card like normal and earn points for qualified purchases!

Your card will also be upgraded to be a part of our new credit card rewards program, Scorecard! Beginning July 10, you will earn points for qualifying purchases. Best part, there is no change in your card or card number. Your interest rate will remain the same and there is no annual fee.

This means on July 9, our current credit card management platform, GoToMyCard.com, will no longer be available. In addition to the new credit card platform, we will be using a new rewards program, Scorecard! Your current cash back rewards program will be upgraded to our point-based program. In June, you will receive a statement credit reflecting your spend during January 2021- June 2021 for your current cashback rewards. 

Please note that you will continue to earn cash back rewards on your qualified purchases until your account cycles in June. Moving forward, you will earn rewards points through our new rewards program.

The answers you need to the questions you have.

No. As of July 9th at 5:00pm EST, you will no longer be able to view your credit card account in www.GoToMyCard.com. On July 12th, following the migration, you will use www.eZCardInfo.com to view and manage your credit card.

We will redirect the credit card page in our app to eZCardInfo.com for you. You will still be able to manage your card this way after the migration. In fact, this is our preferred way for members to manage their credit card account.

The last day to use www.GoToMyCard.com is July 9th at 5:00pm EST.  On July 12th, you may register for eZCardInfo.com.

No. Your autopay should move over.      

Yes. Upon registration, you will need to reestablish the alerts.

Yes, eZCard will have up to 18 months of your past statements.

As part of the migration, most cards will not be replaced. Some cards were replaced and an email was sent to those specific members.

Your point balances will be transferred to the new rewards program within 30 days of the migration.

Yes, you will need to register for the new rewards program. 

Cardholders will register at www.scorecardrewards.com on July 12th to view their real-time point balance, search available rewards, redeem and track award orders. Points earned from July 12th on will post daily.  Please keep in mind that rewards points from the previous reward system will be credited to your account within 30 days of the migration.

Don’t worry; you will still earn points for every qualifying purchase! In addition, your new rewards program will offer a wide variety of rewards options, including:

  • Get top-shelf Merchandise Awards from brands like Apple®, Sony®, Bose®, Dyson® and many more with shipping options that include a one- or two-day delivery time.
  • Book reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, excursions, and more. Plus, when you’re booking, enjoy Trip Advisor integration, Google Maps™ technology to chart your itinerary, and the ability to redeem points for TSA Pre-Check, so you can skip the line and save time getting where you want to go!
