AMOCO has one routing number for all accounts. The routing number is also known as the Transit or ABA number.

Please contact our call center at 409.948.8541 or 800.231.6053 and we can help you. To complete electronic transactions or to set up direct deposit, please use your complete ten-digit account number.

Most of your transactions can be performed through our drive-thrus. When you visit one of our branch drive-thrus, pull up, and one of our AMOCO representatives will greet you and assist with your transaction!

To set up direct deposit, please contact your employer’s payroll department. You will need to provide the routing number (313189391) and your ten-digit account number.

Hold times on deposited checks are based on the individual deposit. Regularly, mobile deposits are available every two hours and are typically available within 30 minutes of the below posting times.

Regular business week: 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., and around 5:00 p.m.

Saturdays: 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m.

The quickest way to get checks ordered, would be to call our call center at 409.948.8541 or 800-231-6053 and we can help you.

Regularly, ATM deposits are available between 11:00 a.m. to noon. Please refer to our Funds Availability Policy.

Funds will be made available within 3-5 business days for fraud disputes, while non-fraud disputes may take up to 30 business days.

Please let AMOCO know about upcoming travel plans by doing one of the following:

  • Before traveling verify your debit card expiration date is good and bring extra cash for emergencies
  • Filling out our Travel Notification Form and dropping it off at any branch or e-sign
  • Sending us a message in our Online Banking Message Center

Shared Branching

Did you know we are part of a Shared Branching Network with thousands of other credit unions nationwide? You can access your AMOCO accounts and conduct business within the CO-OP Shared Branch network as if you were at AMOCO. Provide your AMOCO member and account number and a valid photo ID. Find a CO-OP Shared Branch near you. New members may be limited on the use of Shared Branching.

Please know that while it’s impossible to prevent frauds and scams, there are ways to minimize your risk. A good reminder is to never share any personally identifiable information with someone who has contacted you unsolicited, whether by phone, social media, or email.

If you have received a suspicious email, phone call, or text claiming to be from AMOCO, we would like to know so we can investigate and inform the rest of our membership. Please report the message. 

Have you ever missed a loan payment due date? You’re not the only one! Whether it’s a busy schedule or an emergency, life happens and we get it. That’s why if you’ve forgotten to make a loan payment, you’ll receive an email from noreply@fico.amocofcu.org and a text from 77376 giving you a friendly reminder about your loan payment (excluding Mortgage Loans and Credit Cards) and the convenient ways to make a payment.
