Accessibility

Introduction

AMOCO Federal Credit Union (“AMOCO”) is committed to ensuring that people with disabilities have equal enjoyment of our products, services, and facilities.  We work to ensure that these members can easily access our mobile, online, telephone, ATM, and in-person services, products, and information.

Branch Access

We design our branches to meet all federal, state, and local standards for accessibility.  Our branches have designated handicap parking space sizes, signage, slopes, and grading.  In addition, we have welcome desks, courtesy officers, and handicap accessible teller windows and restroom facilities.  Members and visitors who have difficulty entering or navigating our branches may request assistance from our welcome desk or any branch employee.

Online Access

We are engaged in ongoing efforts to improve the accessibility of our website to users, regardless of disability or assistive device.  These efforts include the implementation of the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.  AMOCO makes the accessibility tool available to all visitors to our site. This widget can be accessed in the bottom left corner of our website. Additionally, for more website accessibility features, Mac users can visit their link, and Windows users can visit their link.
