The period for photo submissions (Giveaway) starts on June 1, 2025 at 8 a.m. Central Standard Time and closes on December 31, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (Giveaway Period). AMOCO Federal Credit Union (Giveaway Sponsor) is not responsible for or liable for any late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful entry form and photo submissions. The Giveaway consists of 8 prizes, each prize equal to 10,000 AMOCO Rewards Credit Card points. Entrants are only eligible to win (1) prize. Up to 10 photos may be submitted with the entry form. AMOCO reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant as determined by AMOCO in its sole discretion.  For example, all entries which contain any material that is discriminatory, profane, illicit, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, offensive, harmful, vulgar, distasteful, defamatory, or otherwise violates any relevant law or infringes on any third party’s rights, harasses, threatens, intimidates, or attempts to impersonate any other person, misrepresents a relationship with any person or entity, or represents any attempt to gain unauthorized access to any site or contents by hacking, mining, attempting to obtain a password, account, or any other personal or private information from any other person will be deleted and disqualified immediately without notice by AMOCO. All submissions are in the form of photos and captions sent via the online entry form and shall become the exclusive property of AMOCO and may be reused in marketing and promotional efforts. Entrants may request to have their entry deleted or removed prior to having their images published by sending a message to the AMOCO Marketing Department using the Let’s Talk form. Submissions that are deleted or removed prior to the photo submission selection date will not be counted. AMOCO will notify the winners by email two business days after the photo submissions are selected and will award the prize within thirty (30) days of notification. TAX INFORMATION: Liability for any applicable taxes imposed by any government, if any, on any Prize won is the sole responsibility of the winner of such Prize. By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Giveaway Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Giveaway or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
