As you’re navigating through uncertain times, AMOCO is here to help. Due to the global impact of COVID-19, you may find yourself in a difficult financial situation. While situations may vary, we would like to offer resources to help relieve as much of the financial stress as we possibly can.
Hardship Assistance Program
If you have been impacted by COVID-19 or the economic downturn caused by COVID-19, and are in need of payment relief for your AMOCO loans, we have options for you through our Hardship Assistance Program. This program is designed to help relieve as much financial stress as possible for members with loans who have experienced a job loss or loss of income as a result of COVID-19. Please contact as us at 409.941.8601 or by email (please add ‘Hardship Assistance Program to the subject line) for assistance and a Financial Service Representative will reach out to you to see how we can further assist you. Please note, verifiable proof of hardship is required. Examples of proof of hardship include (but are not limited to) TWC unemployment documents, letter from employer on letterhead with termination/furlough/layoff explanation, and/or paystubs showing reduced hours.
