Before you toss your mouse across the room, here are a few common questions and answers that may help you solve your online access problem.

Q. I've logged in before, but I can't remember my password.

If you've forgotten your password you can request a temporary password. After you login, you will be prompted to change your temporary password.

Q. Help! I can't remember my member number.

If you have forgotten your member number you can find it on your printed checks or monthly statement. Your member number contains up to seven digits.

Q. I've never used my member number to login, because I created a username. Which one should I use? And, how do I retrieve my username?

If you previously created a username, you do not need to use your member number. If you have forgotten your username you can retrieve it by request a temporary username.

Q. I've entered my password and member number several times and I still can't logon.

Your account may be locked or disabled for security purposes. Please give us a call at 800.231.6053.

Q. What will I need to register for online access?

  • Your member number, which can be found on your printed checks or monthly statement
  • Last 4-digits of the primary account holders social security number
  • Primary account holders date of birth

Password Guidelines:

  • Is not case sensitive
  • Must be between 8 and 16 characters
  • Must contain at least one number
  • Must contain at least one letter
  • Must contain at least one special character
  • The following characters are not allowed: ' ? % - - ;
